Submission

To ensure the articles which ICNCC conference publish represent the best scholarship currently available, submission will be peer-reviewed. When an article is submitted to the ICNCC conference, the program chairs/conference secretary required to send it out to other scholars in the same field (the author's peers) to get their opinion on the quality of the scholarship, if its relevance to the field, and if its appropriateness for the conference proceedings.


Full Papers Submission

  • The manuscript in two-column format, between 4-6 pages, extra pages (if paper more than 6 pages) will be charged at 70 USD/per page. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions at Templates.

  • Accepted and presented papers will be published into ICNCC Conference Proceedings. Please note that publication is contingent upon the delivery of the presentation at the conference.

  • Abstract Submission

    If you wish to only present and discuss your work without paper publication, you may submit an abstract. Accepted abstracts for presentation only will be listed in the conference program but will not appear in the proceedings.

    Reviewing Procedure

    All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure quality and originality.

  • Plagiarism Screening: All manuscripts will first be screened by a plagiarism detection system. Papers failing this initial check will be rejected without further review.
  • Double-Blind Peer Review: The conference employs a double-blind peer-review process. The identities of both the authors and the reviewers will remain confidential throughout the evaluation.
  • Committee Review: Each qualified submission will be assigned to and reviewed by members of the ICNCC Technical Program Committee with relevant expertise.
  • Evaluation Criteria: Submissions are evaluated based on the following key criteria: 1) Originality & Novelty; 2) Technical Quality & Soundness; 3) Significance & Advancement of the State-of-the-Art;
  • Clarity of Presentation: Authors must clearly articulate the novelty of their work and its contribution to the field. Both conceptual novelty and practical advancement are equally valued. A high standard of technical quality and clear writing is mandatory for acceptance.
  • Originality Requirement: Submitted manuscripts must represent original work, must not have been previously published, and must not be concurrently under review for another conference or journal.
