To ensure the articles which ICNCC conference publish represent the best
scholarship currently available, submission will be peer-reviewed. When an article is submitted to the
ICNCC conference, the program chairs/conference secretary required to send it out to other scholars in the same field (the author's peers) to get their opinion on the quality of the scholarship, if its relevance to the field, and if its appropriateness for the conference proceedings.
The manuscript in two-column format, between 4-6 pages, extra pages (if paper more than 6 pages) will be charged at 70 USD/per page. Manuscripts must
be written in English and follow the instructions at Templates.
Accepted and presented papers will be published into ICNCC Conference Proceedings. Please note that publication is contingent upon the delivery of the presentation at the conference.
If you wish to only present and discuss your work without paper publication, you may submit an abstract. Accepted abstracts for presentation only will be listed in the conference program but will not appear in the proceedings.
