Submission
To ensure the articles which ICNCC conference publish represent the best scholarship currently available, submission will be peer-reviewed. When an article is submitted to the ICNCC conference, the program chairs/conference secretary required to send it out to other scholars in the same field (the author's peers) to get their opinion on the quality of the scholarship, if its relevance to the field, and if its appropriateness for the conference proceedings.
Reviewing Procedure
| 1) | The paper selection will follow a double-blind review process, meaning that both the authors and reviewers will remain anonymous during the paper selection process |
| 2) | Submitted manuscripts will conduct an initial screening by plagiarism checker. |
| 3) | Submitted manuscripts are reviewed by an ICNCC Scientific Technical Committee that covers the topic of the manuscript. |
| 4) | Submissions are rated by the committee members based on (i) originality (ii) design novelty (iii) advancement within the field and (iv) technical quality. Authors should provide clear evidence of what is novel in their work and/or the extent to which it advances the state-of-the-art. Many submissions will be stronger in novelty or advancement, so both are equally weighted by the committee. A high level of technical quality and clarity is a requirement for all submissions. |
| 5) | Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published or currently being considered by others for publication. |
Full Paper
The manuscript in one column format, between 8-10 pages, extra pages will be charged at 40 USD/per page. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions at Manuscript Formatting and Templates.
Accepted and presented papers will be published into conference proceedings, will be included in the major data base, EI Compendex, Scopus, etc,the proceedings will be distributed during the Conference.
Accepted articles will be invited for as oral or poster presentation, depending on the nature and quality of the paper.
Abstract
For those papers do not want to be published but presenting and discussing at the conferece, you can submit an abstract first, for presentation only. Your abstract will not be published but only included in the conference program book.

- Paper submission deadline: July 30th, 2024
- Plagiarism check and notification: max in 7 days after the submission
- Notification date: August 30th, 2024
- Standard registration: before September 20th, 2024
