ICNCC Awards

ICNCC 2024 presents the following awards to honor researchers with outstanding contributions within the scopes of the conference.

Outstanding Contribution Award

The Outstanding Contribution Awards are given to individuals who, during the previous year, went outstanding achievement and excellence in contributing at the ICNCC 2024.


Best Reviewer Award

The Best Reviewer Award acknowledges the volunteer work of reviewers who have contributed the most to the review process by providing several high-quality and timely reviews of papers submitted for consideration to ICNCC 2024.


Best Student Paper Award

The Best Student Paper Award recognizes the best paper authored primarily by a student, and registered and presented by the same student at ICNCC 2024.


Best Oral Presentation Award

The Best Oral Presentation Awards are provided to the presentations that have been selected as the best one in each oral technical session after evaluation. This award is intended to reward the presenters for the extra effort it takes to prepare a top caliber presentation.


Best Poster Presentation Award

The Best Poster Presentation Awards are provided to the presentations that have been selected as the best one in each poster technical session. This award is intended to reward the presenters for the extra effort it takes to prepare a top caliber presentation.


Nomination for the ICNCC Awards

Authors can declare their intention for the best paper awards when they submit their papers. Members of the Award Committee and the Program Committee of ICNCC 2023 can also nominate papers as candidates for the best paper awards. To avoid conflict of interest, papers authored/co-authored by the members of Awards Committee, General chair/co-chair and program chair/co-chair of ICNCC 2024 are excluded from consideration for any best paper awards.

Selection of the Best Papers

Selection of the best papers is based on the papers’ technical innovation, originality and potential impact on the field, clarity of written paper and quality of the oral presentation. Each award will be given to at most one paper, and each paper will receive at most one of the above awards. The selection process will include four phases:
